Job Description As Subcontract Manager you will manage the daily function of the Subcontract team managing relationships with existing providers. You will be working closely with hauliers and the pallet network to ensure business needs are met. A large part of this role will involve cost analysis to manage existing spends therefore, the successful candidates will be to be confident in handling difficult conversations involving negotiation. You also will ensure that all suppliers are 100% legally compliant for up to 12 depots. The successful candidates will need to have extensive knowledge within 3PL and how the sector works, contacts and relationships are to key to success of this role. Experience in Roadrunner would be beneficial. This role is to be based in the Midlands with a requirement to travel, flexibility is required.
