Home Care Assistant The Home Care Assistant will be responsible for: * Attending Clients homes to provide all aspects of care and support working in a warm, professional, kind and caring manner. * Actively perform the core tasks of providing personal care and intimate personal care and providing support and assistance within the Clients own home. * Demonstrating good communication skills including the confidence to communicate with relatives, your colleagues and other professionals both verbally and written to record information. * Assisting clients with all aspects of personal care, including: showering and baths and going to the toilet. * Meal preparation * Companionship on social activities and outings * Light house work duties including laundry and ironing. * Ensuring that the care tasks detailed on the support plan are performed and report any concerns to Managers / Supervisors.
