Job Description:
1. Work across business areas and interface at all organizational levels.
2. Handle daily shipping functions, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating pickups with Freight Forwarders.
3. Package products for shipment, ensuring export compliance documentation is prepared.
4. Manage Receiving Production, Expense, RMA (Returned Material), and Virtual items.
5. Participate in cross-functional teams focused on efficiency, cost reduction, inventory management, and quality.
6. Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
7. Assess problems and recommend initial corrective actions to management.
8. Perform other projects, duties, or cross-training as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional interaction.
2. 3+ years of experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or distribution.
3. Self-starter with minimal supervision, results-driven, and a proven success record.
4. Experience with international shipping, freight forwarding, export regulations, and Dangerous Goods certification or willingness to obtain it.
5. Experience with ERP systems and Agile methodology.
6. At least 3 years of working knowledge of UPS and FedEx online shipping systems.
7. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
9. HS Diploma or equivalent.
10. US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
