Role: People Operations Coordinator (Talent Attraction & Quality Compliance)
Type: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly
Location: Belfast, Hybrid working after 1 month induction

We're looking for a proactive and detail‑driven People Operations Coordinator to join a fast‑paced, supportive HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing operational delivery with continuous improvement, while playing a key role in attracting great people and ensuring high standards of compliance.

Working closely with senior HR colleagues, you'll provide high‑quality administrative and generalist HR support, with a strong focus on end‑to‑end recruitment, safe and fair hiring practices, and quality assurance across pre‑employment processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval through to appointment.
2. Manage and continuously improve recruitment processes, identifying efficiencies and best practice.
3. Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, providing advice, updates, and recruitment training.
4. Coach and support team members to develop strong recruitment and compliance knowledge.
5. Carry out spot checks on pre‑employment files, addressing issues and identifying trends or risks.
6. Manage pre‑employment checks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
7. Produce accurate recruitment reports and insights via the applicant tracking system.
8. Engage and nurture prospective candidates to support attraction and conversion.
9. Coordinate and attend recruitment events, promoting career opportunities.
10. Work with marketing colleagues to ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand.
11. Build relationships with external partners such as colleges, universities, and professional networks.

About You

12. Experienced in recruitment coordination or HR administration within a busy environment.
13. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to manage multiple priorities.
14. Comfortable coaching others and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
15. Passionate about delivering a professional, inclusive, and compliant recruitment experience.
16. Confident using HR systems and producing clear, accurate reports.
