Salary basic for this role is up to £35k with additional company incentives availableJob Duties Include:Lead, coach and develop the Warehouse Operatives, Drivers, Logistic Supports and Logistic Co-ordinatorsManage resource requirements for the branch.Ensure the delivery of customer orders evaluating adherence to SLAsProcess Returns/Warranties in accordance with company procedureSupport the Branch Manager to implement best practice to achieve branch KPI’s and company growthPromote company values and a culture of continuous improvementRequirements:Warehouse supervisor/team leader experienceParts knowledge is advantageous but not essentialExperience in using internal systemsReasons to apply:Family run businessChance to make an impact to the branchProgression also availableThis is a rare position that has come available within a busy automotive company.
