Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chef who will be responsible for leading our kitchen and creating an exceptional culinary experience for our guests. In this role, you will oversee the full management of the kitchen, ignite a passion for cooking within your team, and ensure the highest standards of quality in food preparation and service.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate all kitchen activities
* Develop and implement menus that meet guest expectations
* Supervise food production and preparation to ensure consistency and quality
* Manage inventory and ingredient purchasing with attention to cost control
* Train and guide kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food safety
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
* Communicate with serving staff to ensure seamless service
* Oversee compliance with food safety standards
Qualifications
* Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role within hospitality
* Strong skills in food and kitchen management
* Experience with food handling and food safety procedures
* Excellent culinary skills with a passion for cooking and creativity in menu development
* Experience in restaurant management and customer service is a plus
* Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including shift management
