We are currently recruiting a Lunchtime Supervisor to join a friendly and supportive primary school in the Grimsby area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference during the school day.

Hours Monday – Friday
11:30am – 1:30pm

Role Responsibilities
* Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall, playground, and school grounds
* Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of all children
* Encourage inclusive and positive play activities
* Support younger pupils where needed during mealtimes
* Deal calmly and appropriately with minor incidents
* Report any concerns to senior staff
* Help maintain a safe and welcoming lunchtime environment
What We’re Looking For
* Friendly, patient, and approachable personality
* Confident working with children in a school setting
* Able to manage groups of pupils calmly and fairly
* Reliable, punctual, and responsible
* Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential
* Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
