We are working with a market-leading national law firm who are looking for a Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation team within their Belfast office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an established commercial disputes team, working on matters surrounding Intellectual Property and Technology. The candidate’s duties will include advising both international and domestic clients on contentious matters surrounding media, data protection, and intermediary liability.
The candidate will play a key role in supporting one of Northern Ireland’s leading Commercial Litigation teams in high-profile and challenging disputes. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria
* 5+ PQE;
* Strong background in contentious media and data protection matters within a large international or City firm;
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
