We are a small and ambitious startup with the unique, clinically validated ErgoProx toothbrush designed for the 1 billion people worldwide who face challenges cleaning around tooth gaps.
Our founder-created innovation has already gained traction globally with dental professionals and consumers, and we are now entering a critical marketing phase.
This next stage includes:
Email marketing to dental suppliers and B2B partners
A crowdfunding campaign direct to consumers
A LinkedIn and email campaign to dental professionals to build awareness
We're looking for someone who can help us package and deliver this story, ensuring that our campaigns are visually strong, strategically sound, and effectively executed.
The Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a hands-on role in bringing our campaigns to life. You will work directly with the founder to shape content, manage communications, and coordinate B2B outreach — while keeping everything consistent and professional across channels.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety and wants the chance to leave a visible mark on an early-stage company.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan and execute email campaigns for B2B suppliers, dental professionals, and consumers.
Support the crowdfunding campaign with updates, creative assets, and engagement strategies.
Schedule and manage LinkedIn posts to grow awareness in the dental profession.
Content & Messaging
Craft short, engaging copy that communicates our problem → solution → results story.
Adapt messaging for different audiences (consumers, suppliers, dental professionals).
Write clear, professional communications for new B2B partnerships.
Design & Visuals
Create and adapt graphics (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar) to enhance existing product photos.
Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.
Create simple diagrams/graphics to explain product benefits.
B2B Development
Assist in identifying and reaching out to new dental supplier partners.
Support onboarding with professional communications and marketing materials.
Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign results (email open rates, LinkedIn engagement, crowdfunding response).
Suggest improvements based on performance data.
What We're Looking For
Experience in marketing — ideally 1–3 years in digital marketing, communications, or campaign coordination.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, similar) and LinkedIn campaigns.
Strong copywriting skills — clear, concise, adaptable to different audiences.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent).
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Knowledge of dental/healthcare or B2B marketing is a plus, but not essential.
Why Work With Us?
