Key Purpose of Role-Technical Director To be responsible for co-ordination and achievement of all architectural and engineering matters. To ensure the co-ordination and discharge of all necessary investigations and conditions attached to both planning consents and building regulation/warranty approvals. To ensure the timely delivery of complete and accurate technical information for use by other Departments in accordance with agreed timescales and targets.
