You will work closely with Project Manager's, and other Technical Consultants plus an Account Manager on each customer engagement. Responsibilities:- Provide consulting services to customers and partners to include, but not limited to: - requirements capture - solution design - product installation, configuration and training - acceptance testing, commissioning and go-live support Become a subject matter expert with the customers software product set. Experience required:- Educated to degree level with a strong Computer Information Systems and Information Technology competence. t echnical hands-on experience deploying enterprise security solutions and 5-10 years experience in software related organizations, either systems integrators or software vendors. Good problem solver with a proven ability to understand, isolate and resolve difficult problems with enterprise applications, networks, operating systems and integrating with other systems. Able and willing to exceed client and internal stakeholders expectations. Self-starter, focused, high energy individual. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Ability to think creatively as well as logically. W ork under own initiative and as a member of a team. W ork under pressure and to tight deadlines.
