Technical Projects Co-ordinator FTC?? Location: CraigavonWe're looking for a highly organised and proactive Technical Projects Co-ordinator to support the delivery of key R&D projects across the business.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on innovative, externally funded projects (including Horizon Europe, Innovate UK, and Invest NI), while collaborating with leading academic institutions and industry partners.What you'll be doing:Co-ordinating R&D projects to ensure milestones, budgets, and reporting requirements are metCompiling and managing R&D tax credit claims with internal and external stakeholdersEnsuring timely submission of documentation for externally funded projectsProducing routine business and project reportsRepresenting the business at external meetings and industry eventsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholdersSupporting ongoing trials and wider R&D department activitiesEssential Criteria:Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication skills – both written and verbalStrong organisational skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlinesExperience working with budgets, timelines, and project targetsAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teamsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsFull clean driving licence and flexibility to travelAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentDesirable Criteria:Degree in a Science-related disciplineExperience in project co-ordination and reportingExperience delivering presentations to groups or consortiumsExperience within a farm or manufacturing environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
