Hays Education is working in partnership with a unique specialist setting in Bury to recruit a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will support the delivery of lessons for students aged 11-19 who are receiving inpatient care in CAMHS units. You'll cover lessons, contribute to planning and assessment, and work closely with clinical teams - but without the full responsibilities of a classroom teacher. This specialist hospital school provides education to young people admitted to CAMHS units. Students are temporarily on roll while receiving treatment and benefit from a highly personalised curriculum tailored to their emotional and mental health needs. What We're Looking For:
* HLTA status or QTS (teachers welcome to apply)
* Experience supporting students with SEMH, SEND, or trauma
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
* Experience in CAMHS, PRUs, or hospital education settings is desirable but not essential. Full induction and ongoing training will be provided.
