What is the role?
As Creative Strategist, you blend creativity with data-driven marketing and business strategy. You will lead the creative direction for content across organic and performance channels, building on our brand tone and visual identity. You will guide how the brand comes to life creatively across all formats and platforms. Working closely with the Senior Content Manager and wider teams, you will turn insight into standout concepts and set a clear creative vision that ensures consistency, clarity, and impact across all content.

Key roles and responsibilities:
Creative Direction: Own the creative direction for content across digital and performance channels, ensuring all output is visually strong, on-brand and creatively ahead of the curve.
Content Concepts: Develop clear creative concepts and frameworks that guide the team’s output across paid social, email, website, and organic content.
Performance-Led Thinking: Use insight from customer behaviour, content performance and testing to refine ideas, improve results and spot new creative opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Content Manager and wider teams to align on briefs, elevate creative thinking and bring strong ideas to life.
Brand Consistency: Apply the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity in ways that are fresh, relevant and channel-appropriate, maintaining consistency without sacrificing creativity.
Creative Inspiration and Standards: Act as a creative benchmark for the team, bringing cultural insight, competitor awareness and best-in-class examples to inspire and raise the bar.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in a creative strategy or content-focused role, ideally within a fast-growing food, wellness or lifestyle brand. Experience developing content for both performance and organic channels is a strong advantage.
Creative and Strategic Thinking: A concept-driven thinker with a strong creative instinct and a clear grasp of how to connect brand storytelling with commercial goals. Experienced in using data and performance insight to inform and refine ideas.
Creative Direction and Leadership: Proven ability to set creative direction, shape high-performing content ideas and inspire teams to deliver work that is fresh, consistent and effective.
Strong Communicator: Clear and confident in how you present ideas, give feedback and collaborate across teams. Able to turn strategic thinking into actionable creative guidance.
Brand and Cultural Awareness: Tuned into culture, trends and the digital landscape. Able to bring sharp, relevant references and push our content to feel current and distinctive.
