Key Duties Include: - Managing daily branch operations and leading sales and workshop teams. - Driving sales growth and profit margins while adhering to company policies. - Developing and maintaining customer relationships through business visits and active product promotion. - Overseeing stock levels, inventory management, and stocktaking within budget. - Ensuring the branch is well-presented with attractive product displays and marketing materials. - Maintaining accurate customer records, sales leads, and follow-ups. - Handling recruitment, disciplinary procedures, and staff attendance. - Operating equipment such as counterbalance forklifts. - Performing additional duties as required to support branch operations. Key Requirements Include: - Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Glasgow. - Ideally holding a UK driving licence with minimal points. - Experience in vehicle aftermarket management or senior sales roles within the automotive industry is highly advantageous. - Strong customer service skills, team-oriented mindset, and organised work approach. - Focus on driving revenue growth and maintaining high standards of service.
