About the role We are currently looking to recruit a Delivery/Project Manager who is passionate about making a difference in a large scale complex banking transformation environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of our Core banking transformation programme. The largest transformation programme in the Society's 140 year history. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of business, technical and architectural outcomes, working collaboratively within a transformational programme with a multidisciplinary team (on and offshore) to facilitate delivery using both Waterfall and Agile (including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban). What will you bring to the role? You are an experienced Software, Product or IT Transformation Project/Delivery Manager. Interested in candidates with a blend of experience across Scrum Master/Delivery Manager/Project Manager roles. Experience of scoping and sequencing change activity and mapping dependencies. Experience of incremental delivery and/or iterative development including working with a Product Manager/Owner in the delivery of the overall initiative outcomes. Ability to successfully collaborate, influence, and work effectively with a broad cross section of key stakeholders and functional teams, both internal and external (including multiple 3 rd Parties). Experience of working on large scale complex transformation programmes. Experience of working with third parties and driving delivery against critical outcomes. Experience with working in both an Agile and Waterfall way. Exposure to SAFe desirable. APMQ or similar project management/Agile qualification desirable. Why choose Leeds Building Society?
