Offer description

Who we are

FINE+RARE is one of the world's leading marketplaces for wines, spirits, and collectable experiences. We have built an unparalleled network of producers, agents, reservists, and private clients by providing access to the wines and spirits held in the world's greatest cellars and collections. We operate globally, with offices in Asia, Continental Europe, the UK, and the U.S. We offer our customers a wide range of services, including global delivery, storage solutions, and the option to sell wines through our single marketplace platform.

About the role

As Digital Content Assistant, you will support FINE+RARE’s digital activity by helping to prepare, upload, maintain and quality-check content across key digital channels.

This is a hands-on role focused on the execution of content across the website, email, social media, paid campaigns, organic channels and audience communications. Working closely with the Digital Performance & Audience Executive, you will help ensure that digital content is accurate, commercially relevant, well-organised, on-brand and delivered on time.

The role is ideal for someone at the start of their digital marketing career who wants to build experience across content, social media, ecommerce, campaign delivery and luxury brand communications.

You will help the business answer a simple but important question: is our content accurate, live, on-brand and supporting commercial activity?

Key responsibilities include:

* Upload, format, QA and maintain content across the website, product and offer pages, landing pages, email campaigns, editorial content, paid media and social channels.
* Support digital campaign launches by preparing, uploading, testing and checking content assets in line with campaign timelines.
* Carry out content checks across links, imagery, spelling, pricing, tagging, tracking links, calls to action and audience segmentation.
* Maintain digital content calendars, campaign trackers and content status documents.
* Gather and organise content inputs from internal teams, including product details, pricing, imagery, tasting notes, event information and campaign copy.
* Support the preparation and QA of email campaigns, ensuring content, links, imagery, offers and audience relevance are accurate.
* Assist with the preparation, organisation and scheduling of social media content, including post copy, imagery, formatting and platform-specific requirements.
* Help maintain consistency of tone, style and brand presentation across all digital content.
* Support basic performance tracking across email, social and campaign activity, including engagement, clicks, reach and content performance.
* Check content across desktop and mobile to ensure a strong user experience and high standards of accuracy before launch.

Skills + Experience

* Degree or relevant qualification in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field.
* Previous experience in a marketing, content, social media or ecommerce role, ideally within a luxury, premium or lifestyle brand.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Experience preparing, developing or scheduling content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms and website content updates.
* Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar content and design platforms.
* Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently across digital channels.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and gathering information from different teams.
* Tech-savvy, adaptable and willing to learn new platforms quickly.
* An interest in fine wine, spirits, luxury brands or premium ecommerce.
