About the Role
Due to this continued growth, we are seeking a Junior Analyst to join our successful team. This is a rare opportunity to receive comprehensive, hands-on training in advanced intelligence analysis directly from our Director of Intelligence & Risk.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of analytical areas - from activist group monitoring and crime trend analysis to emerging risk landscapes - and a clear pathway for career progression within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Intelligence & Risk team in analysing and interpreting information from diverse sources.
* Assess threats, identify risk trends, and contribute to actionable intelligence reports for clients.
* Assist with the preparation of briefings and client presentations.
* Learn to apply analytical frameworks and methodologies to real-world scenarios.
* Collaborate with senior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of intelligence outputs.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and ambitious individual eager to learn and develop within a high-performing team.
Essential skills and attributes:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (War Studies, Intelligence Studies, Geopolitics, International Relations, Law, Journalism, or related field).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical thinking and ability to absorb complex information quickly.
* Keen interest in geopolitics, current affairs, and risk analysis.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Able to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
* Curious, adaptable, and driven to improve continuously.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) techniques.
* Confident presenting to others and engaging with clients.
