The Cleaner will be based in our offices in Alfreton. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. Purpose of the role To maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across supported accommodation properties for looked after and care leavers, and to carry out full void turnarounds to ensure rooms and communal areas are safe, welcoming, and ready for new residents. The role plays a key part in creating a positive living environment that supports young people transitioning to independent living.
