As our Health and Safety Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Designing, implementing, and continually enhancing the organisation's Health and Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessment frameworks.
* Overseeing the planning and delivery of internal audits and site inspections to ensure full compliance with applicable legislation, industry standards, and best-practice requirements.
* Offering professional Health and Safety guidance and support to operational teams, vendor partners, and senior leadership across the business.
* Driving and promoting a positive, proactive safety culture throughout our global construction-security operations.
Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking a driven and dedicated professional who can demonstrate:
* A NEBOSH Diploma, or an equivalent Level 6 qualification, in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Proven experience managing Health and Safety within the construction sector, security industry, or technical services involving infrastructure installation-this sector-specific background or similar.
* Practical understanding of ISO 45001 and other key Health and Safety standards relevant to construction and security environments.
* Excellent organisational capabilities and a strong eye for detail.
