The Treatment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients throughout their treatment journey. Duties

* Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and follow-up care.
* Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure all patient needs are met efficiently.
* Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
* Assist in managing billing processes and insurance claims as needed.
* Maintain a tidy and organised office environment to enhance patient experience.
