We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales of our ISO13485 and BPR-compliant disinfectant range across worldwide markets, with a key focus on Europe. Our business is built on two key growth areas: developing private label partnerships and expanding our own brand presence.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in medical or dental sales, experience working with distributors and private label customers, and a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, as well as developing existing commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in targeted regions.
* Identify, onboard, and support new and existing distributors and dealers.
* Provide product training and technical support to partners, sales teams, and end users.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in infection control.
* Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Contribute as a key stakeholder in setting and delivering the annual sales budget and targets.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
Requirements
* Proven track record (5+ years) in dental sales, preferably with infection control or hygiene products.
* Experience working with European and worldwide distributors and/or private label accounts.
* Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, EU regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
* Commercially focused, with the ability to balance growth opportunities with cost management.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently, particularly across Europe.
* Self-starter with strong organisational and time management skills.
