We're looking for an experienced ASB Officer to manage a varied caseload of antisocial behaviour, neighbour disputes and tenancy breaches within a social housing setting in Surrey.
This is a hands‑on role for someone confident taking enforcement action where required, while also working proactively with residents and partners to prevent escalation and support safer, stronger communities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ASB, neighbour dispute, hoarding and tenancy breach cases from complaint through to resolution.
Conduct investigations, gather evidence and prepare high‑quality reports and legal documentation.
Take proportionate enforcement action, including injunctions and possession proceedings.
Support victims and witnesses, ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners including police and support agencies.
Ensure compliance with legislation, policy and equality duties.
Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in ASB / tenancy enforcement within social housing.
Strong knowledge of civil legal processes and court action.
Confident case manager with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of multi‑agency working and managing complex, sensitive situations.
Organised, resilient and able to work under pressure.
Full UK driving licence and ability to cover a defined patch.
