Job Opportunity: Employment Solicitor
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working Available)
Overview:
A respected Glasgow firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its established team. The department manages a busy mix of court and tribunal work and offers the chance to contribute to meaningful, varied cases.
Role Requirements:
* Manage a varied caseload of employment and discrimination matters
* Represent clients in tribunal and court proceedings
* Provide clear, practical advice across a range of employment law issues
* Prepare and review documentation to support hearings and settlements
* Work collaboratively within an experienced and supportive team
Experience:
* Minimum 1 year PQE; applications welcome from more experienced Solicitors
* Background in employment law and tribunal advocacy preferred
* Confident handling a busy and varied caseload
Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
* Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality client service
