What will you be doing?
Working within the commercial team you will support the commercial manager by providing assistance in the following:
* Administrating our contracts and issuing the correct contractual notices
* Producing integrated cost forecasts for projects
* Managing commercial issues related to withheld, disputed or disallowed costs
* Assisting with resolution of disputes and learning negotiation strategies
* Assisting with subcontract preparation following procurement
* Assessing interim and final accounts
* Pricing additional and varied works

Qualifications
What will I need to be considered?
* Have achieved or on track to achieve your degree in Quantity Surveying (we will consider other RICS accredited degrees).
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Have the ability to travel to the office and sites (some of our sites are difficult to access through public transport); a full UK driving licence would be preferred.
* Flexibility – successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites.
* Great communication skills (written and verbal).
* Self‑motivated – attitude is key, it's your career!
