Job description
A long-standing advisory business in Wakefield require a Financial Planning Administrator to join their busy offices.
With Financial Advisors based across the UK, the central support team in Wakefield work closely together, with Paraplanning, Administration and Compliance ensuring smooth processes for clients.
Working closely with the wider team, duties include;
1. Being the first point of contact for clients, Financial Advisers and product providers.
2. Co-ordinate client review meetings including preparation of the client's valuation and review meeting packs.
3. Ensure that client files are fully FCA compliant.
4. Maintain the CRM System (Intelligent Office)
5. Ensure that any transactions are monitored and completed accurately and in a timely fashion in line with compliance guidelines and company procedures.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have recent and relevant experience within a Financial Advisory environment.
