We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our Engineering Team at our Tewkesbury site.Salary£19.89 per hourOvertime paid at 1.25x after 40 hoursStandard 30 days holiday + company pensionShift Pattern Rotating (2 Week Rota)Week 1: Monday to Friday, 0600 1345 and Saturday, 0600 finish (45 hours)Week 2: Monday to Friday, 1345 2145 (37.5 hours)The Role
* Respond to breakdowns across production and processing equipment
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
* Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Repair, test and recommission machinery safely
* Work to strict Health & Safety standards
* Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement
What Were Looking ForEssential:
* Electrical bias (minimum 70/30 electrical to mechanical split)
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Experience working on high-speed / automated machinery
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Experience within an FMCG or fast-paced production environment
Qualifications (one of the following or equivalent experience):
* HNC/HND/HNCD Level 4/5 in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
* City & Guilds Level 4/5 Electrical Engineering
* Equivalent job-based engineering experience
