Role Introduction
This is a new role in OneAdvanced’s Digital Experience Team.
You will join OneAdvanced during an exciting period of transformation and optimisation as we evolve our digital experience — moving from traditional lead generation to a comprehensive SaaS customer journey through a new, scalable website that will grow alongside OneAdvanced.
What You Will Do
Role & Responsibilities
The Digital Experience Designer will drive the design and delivery of world-class digital experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. As a key team member, you'll play a pivotal role in our optimisation programme, working closely with our Optimisation Manager to drive business growth. You'll be responsible for leading our digital design system, developing it to meet evolving business needs, and ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional design output.
Responsibilities
* Ownership and ongoing development of our Figma-based design system, updating existing components and designing new ones, ensuring alignment with Storybook.
* Designing interactive digital experiences, from animated hero images to full microsites.
* Leading and facilitating in-person and remote workshops to develop and optimise our digital experiences.
* Using data to inform design decisions and identify areas for development, experimentation, and optimisation.
* Supporting our experimentation programme by contributing to ideation workshops and designing test variants.
* Conducting user research, from ad hoc ‘Guerilla Testing’ to full lab-style testing, engaging and briefing third-party agencies.
* Collaborating with marketing stakeholders to design or advise on page layouts or templates within our CMS.
* Working with the OneAdvanced Product UX team to align digital design with Mosaic, the product design system.
What You Will Have
You will have a proven track record of delivering customer-focused, high-quality digital experiences in a commercial environment, with experience in iterative design enhancements that drive commercial outcomes. Experience with experimentation and continuous revenue optimisation programmes, delivering measurable results, is essential.
Required Experience
* Experience in digital experience design.
* Proficiency with Figma, ideally alongside Storybook.
* Experience creating and managing modular design systems.
* Managing multiple stakeholders across an organisation.
* Designing and facilitating ideation and design workshops in person and remotely.
* Specifying and utilising user research, including conducting research interviews and sessions.
* Data-led design experience, utilising GA4 and similar tools to identify customer pain points and develop solutions or test candidates.
Advantageous Experience
* Experience in continuous optimisation or CRO programmes.
* Interest or experience with AI design tools and techniques.#LI-RL1
