The Role:
Ensuring a smooth patient experience by running the day-to-day activities of the front desk including but not limited to the following;
* Maintaining great relations with parents and patients
* Managing dentist diaries effectively
* Answering the phones
* Taking payments
* Cashing up
* Maintaining cleanliness,
* Acquiring patient reviews
* Completing recalls & incomplete treatments
* Working alongside the nursing team by communicating clearly and effectively
* Adhering to all practice policies
Experience/skills required:
* Understanding of NHS dentistry
* IT proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
* Ability to work under pressure
