This role is ideal for a Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller who is working towards a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager career path and is ready to take on more operational responsibility. This is a hands-on, visible role within the dealership, supporting both front-of-house and workshop teams while helping drive performance, customer satisfaction and operational standards.
