You will work remotely, based within a reasonable distance of our Head Office in Warrington, and visit the office 1–2 times per week for meetings and training.
Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process across the Group, gaining practical experience in candidate attraction, selection and onboarding. Manage applications and keep candidates informed, coordinate interview arrangements, liaise with colleagues at all levels to advise on recruitment queries and projects, and maintain recruitment records and data. Use technology and software packages to manage communications. Support and promote other apprenticeship opportunities within YHG.
