Vehicle Service Advisor Required, in the South Wiltshire region.
1. Starting salary between £30-35,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).
2. 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday. Either 8:00am-5:30pm or 8:30am-6:00pm.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our client's independent Automotive Service Centre in the South Wiltshire region.
As a Vehicle Service Advisor you will:
4. Be a constant primary Front of Desk.
5. Be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles for service, maintenance or repair work.
6. You will greet customers in the Service Department
7. Extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress
8. Keep customers informed of progress
9. Source and supply Parts for the Workshop team, and carry out, where possible, upselling of additional products and services.
To be eligible you will:
10. Live within a reasonable commuting distance of the South Wiltshire region (for example, the business is easily commutable from Andover, Salisbury, Marlborough or Devizes)
11. Able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction.
12. Very strong organisational skills, along with IT literacy, would be of high priority.
13. Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or in a similar role within another automotive business is required at this stage.
