Correla are looking for a Software Engineer to work as part of the SaaS Business Unit.
Salary: Circa £55,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role
* Develop and Optimise Core Features: Enhance the software solution by coding and optimising high-performance APIs and building robust, responsive web applications
* Integration and Maintenance: Support and refine scanning capabilities (iOS development Swift) to improve property measurements and 3D modelling for accurate feasibility assessments.
* Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with product, UX/UI, and backend teams to deliver seamless integration between mobile and web components hosted
* Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor system performance, address software bugs, and optimise APIs to ensure responsiveness, reliability, and scalability.
* Innovate and Adapt: Incorporate customer feedback to iterate on features and explore emerging technologies to enhance the precision and user experience of the pre-sales quoting process
About You
* Preferred Technical Expertise working in, Typescript, React, Supabase, PostgreSQL and Vercel. Nice to have experience in Python programming and FastAPI framework.
* LiDAR and Mobile Development: Familiarity of iOS development with Swift or mobile frameworks to support LiDAR-based scanning solutions.
* Cloud Hosting and CI/CD. Experience with deployment platforms like Vercel, Render, and version control using GitHub.
* Strong Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimise complex applications for high performance and scalability.
* Knowledge of processing 3D Data and generating models to aid real-world applications
* Experience working in Agile environments with excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
* Mechanical/Thermal Engineering Insight (Optional): Background or understanding of thermal and mechanical engineering
