Guest Services Manager
Cardrona & Treble Cone Guest Services Manager - Permanent Role
As a key member of our management team, the Guest Services Manager provides leadership and direction to our guest service superstars across Cardrona and Treble Cone. Working closely with guest services leaders on the mountain, you’ll ensure the team is set up for success and consistently delivers a superior guest experience from the moment our visitors step foot on the maunga.
What we are looking for:
1. At least 3 years’ experience leading teams in the ski or tourism sector
2. Previous experience with RTP/ski area reservations
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Proven ability to support people and maintain a positive, engaged culture
5. Confidence working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Annual Salary: $70,000 – $81,000
Guaranteed hours per week: 30
