Reeds Rains is looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Catford on a full-time, permanent basis.
Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the sale, purchase, or let of a property as easy and straightforward as possible. We pride ourselves on our friendly staff who are always on hand to ensure the buying, selling, letting, or renting experience delivers a high-quality professional service.
As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains, you will receive:
* £30,000 - £33,000 on target earning (OTE) per annum
* Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months of employment
* Incentivised commission and performance bonuses

In the role of a Negotiator, you will:
* Put the customer at the heart of everything you do
* Register customers and carry out property matches
* Generate and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
* Maximise branch income by helping customers with other services including mortgages, conveyancing, insurance, etc.
* Display excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but not essential; however, you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
A full UK driving license is essential.
