This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of two thriving marinas. You’ll lead dedicated teams at each site, ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest satisfaction, and strong commercial performance. While marina experience is desirable, it’s not essential—what matters most is your ability to understand customers, inspire your team, and drive results. A valid driving licence is required for this role.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead and motivate teams at both marinas, fostering a culture of exceptional service and operational excellence.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
3. Develop and implement business plans to maximise berth occupancy and generate new revenue streams.
