The Role
The Restaurant General Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing the restaurant as a flagship dining destination within the new NICI Hotel. Building on the proven success of NICI Bournemouth, this role is responsible for delivering a dynamic, high-energy yet refined dining experience. As a senior leader, the Restaurant General Manager will take full ownership of the restaurant's performance, from guest experience and team leadership to financial results and brand standards. This is a rare opportunity to shape the identity, culture, and reputation of a brand-new restaurant from its opening, ensuring it becomes a must-visit venue for both hotel guests and the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
