Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals
* Oversee the IT department and ensure smooth operation of all systems
* Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
* Manage IT projects from conception to completion
* Ensure data security and compliance with regulations
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall IT infrastructure
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Head of IT or similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Relevant degree in IT or related field
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus
