Job Description
The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Tuxford area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class1 Drivers(CAT C+E) to join the team.
Hours:Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, 07:30am starts (average finish 6-7pm)
Pay Rates:
* Class 1PAYE: £15.77perhour
* Class 1Rolled Up: £17.67 per hour
* Class 1 ADR PAYE: £16.80 per hour
* Class 1 ADR Rolled Up: £18.83 per hour
Location:Tuxford, NG22
Job Type:Ongoing with the potential for perm contract for the right candidate.
The role:
* General haulage palletised goods (no food)
* Curtainsiders, tail lift & pump truck use
* Delivering to both commercial and residential properties (up to20drops/collections)
* Completing all relevant paperwork and following site procedures
* Ensuring safe handling of goods andmaintaininghigh driving standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
* ADR Packages licence preferred but not essential
* Must be 25+ (insurance purposes).
* Maximum 6 points no DD/DR/IN endorsements.
* Full understanding of WTD legislation.
* Strong communication& customer service skills.
* Happy with both commercial and residential deliveries.
