About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled Endpoint Systems Engineer to take ownership of our organisation's endpoint ecosystem and help shape the future of our digital workplace. You'll play a key role in delivering smooth, secure, and efficient user experiences across laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktop environments.In this role, you will manage operating system lifecycles, optimise endpoint configurations, and support feature delivery across the estate. You'll work closely with our offshore support teams and serve as the primary contact for software packaging, deployment testing, and endpoint analytics. Key Responsibilities Operating System Support & Updates Oversee OS lifecycle management, including patching, feature updates, and compatibility testing. Build, test, and validate new features to support digital workplace initiatives.Endpoint Configuration & Management Configure and maintain Intune and SCCM environments. Build, manage, and optimise laptop gold images for consistent deployment.
