Overview
* Join a well established and growing law firm within a friendly and progressive private client team
* Manage your own varied caseload of private client matters
* Draft Wills and provide tailored estate planning advice
* Handle Probate and the administration of estates
* Prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Manage Court of Protection applications
* Advise on Trusts and related matters
* Deliver clear, practical and compassionate advice to clients
* Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
* Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the department
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client work
* Strong experience across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
* Client focused with a compassionate and empathetic approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
