About the Role The Senior Social Worker - Approved Mental Health Professional will be responsible for managing an intricate caseload of mental health clients within the older adult service. You will play a vital role in providing essential health and social care interventions, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This position involves commissioning appropriate care packages, conducting safeguarding investigations, and closely monitoring mental health status for relapse prevention and recovery. Additionally, the role requires being on the Central AMHP team rota, providing assessment and coordination under the Mental Health Act.
