Job Title: Project Controller
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days per week on-site)
Salary: £40,000 – £64,000 (depending on experience)
Clearance Required: Must be a British Citizen (BPSS as minimum; SC clearance may be required for some projects)

With significant growth across our Project Control function, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Project Controllers to join our expanding team. What you’ll be doing:
* Validating project health, identifying issues and risks within assessments.
* Leading project-level schedule validation to ensure accuracy and coherence.
* Generating and managing integrated baselines to deliver programmes successfully.
* Validating project costs to go (EACs), including assessment of outlying forecasts.
* Leading schedule risk analysis (SRA) and opportunity management.
* Contributing to bid activity and ensuring robust project management practices.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven project planning experience (detailed schedules to milestone delivery).
* Strong capability in creating/maintaining WBS, CBS, and OBS structures.
* Experience generating and analysing project performance data (schedule, resource, cost).
* Familiarity with project management toolsets such as SAP, ARM, Primavera, or Oracle Unifier.
* Knowledge of baseline management and change control.
* Ability to perform SRA, Critical Path Analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
* Excellent communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across multi-functional teams.
