Automotive Group Sales Manager - London
Basic salary £70,000 - £80,000 plus Bonus and Company Car
Working hours: Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS
Requirements include a solid career history and confidence in building relationships with customers at all levels.
Group Sales Manager Responsibilities:
* Maximise vehicle sales and profitability
* Achieve high customer satisfaction
* Develop and refine vehicle sales policies
* Maintain optimal vehicle stock levels
* Assist the General Manager in franchise standards
* Develop and mentor Sales Executives to exceed targets
* Support negotiations and closing of sales
* Gather market and customer insights
* Advise on product developments and promotions
* Monitor stock levels and display
* Conduct monthly performance reviews
