The Role:
Working as part of a team in a busy environment, assisting the operational team to schedule and plan works in a cost-effective and organized manner to ensure quality service.
Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service to residents and clients
* Arranging appointments with tradespeople efficiently and effectively
* Handling queries and rescheduling appointments as needed
* Logging jobs onto our management system
* Collaborating with supervisors and tradespeople to organize work schedules
Requirements:
* Experience in a call centre environment
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
