Carisbrooke College is seeking to appoint a Data and Examinations Officer to join our team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and accurate management of student data and the successful delivery of all internal and external examinations. This role is predominantly office-based, with occasional opportunities to work from home. Due to operational requirements, annual leave cannot be taken during exam and/or data collection periods. Both arrangements will be discussed in more detail at interview.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, organisation, and delivery of all internal and external examinations, including practicals.
* Manage invigilators, including recruitment, training, and deployment during exams.
* Ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations, including handling queries and complaints.
* Coordinate Exam Access Arrangements (EAA) for eligible students, liaising with SENCo and teaching staff.
* Manage exam timetables, rooming, seating plans, and secure handling of exam materials.
* Maintain accurate student records, data dashboards, and reports for SLT, teachers, and governors.
* Support data collections, assessments, and statutory submissions, ensuring integrity across systems.
* Provide guidance, training, and documentation to staff on exams, data processes, and MIS systems.
