Senior Commercial / Contracts Manager
£70,000 - £80,000
Working for a well respected and global Engineering company operating in the Aerospace sector the dynamic Senior Contracts / Commercial Manager will be given full responsibility for key regional markets concentrating on customer accounts within the Far East.
As a key member of the Commercial team your role encompasses a spectrum of commercial activities, from bidding and negotiating strategically vital business to managing existing contracts and ensuring delivery. You'll lead a talented team of Commercial Officers, spearheading decision-making on all commercial matters and regularly briefing senior leadership and board members during Account and Bid Reviews.
Key Accountabilities – Senior Contracts Manager
+ Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with customers and suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop contract strategies that align with business objectives.
+ Contract Administration: Oversee the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle, from initial proposal to contract closeout.
+ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts, such as financial, legal, and operational risks.
