Role Summary
For this role, you will be embedded with our key clients, driving the creative vision and social execution for a leading global outdoor brand, alongside other exciting accounts.
Mission
We’re looking for an experienced Social-First Creative with a deep understanding of outdoor culture and a passion for creating best-in-class social content. In this role, you will manage and create the social presence for a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on a leading global outdoor brand and other accounts in the entertainment and lifestyle space. This position requires a strong balance of creativity, social platform expertise, and organisation. You will be responsible for everything from high-level campaign concepts to the daily execution of content calendars, embedded with our key clients.
Responsibilities
* Strategy & Ideation: Develop and execute the social media content strategy for a leading outdoor brand's European accounts, alongside other smaller accounts.
* Create innovative, social-first campaign concepts that align with the objectives of each brand.
* Develop reactive content that capitalises on emerging trends relevant to each account's unique audience.
* Write clear, effective creative briefs for athletes, creators, and production teams.
* Manage and plan the monthly content calendars across all relevant social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Strava, etc.).
Content Creation & Production
* Craft compelling post copy that communicates key messages and drives engagement for each brand.
* Source high-quality User-Generated Content (UGC) and Athlete-Generated Content (AGC).
* Collaborate closely with designers, production teams, and external partners to ensure seamless content execution.
Performance & Analysis
* Monitor and report on social media performance for all managed accounts, providing data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
* Conduct competitive analysis within relevant markets (e.g., outdoor, entertainment).
* Utilise social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) to track and interpret content performance.
Client & Internal Collaboration
* Serve as a key creative contact for your portfolio of clients.
* Contribute to client presentations, articulating social media strategies, results, and recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal creative and account management teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a creative or social media role, ideally within an agency or for a consumer brand. Experience in the outdoor, sports, or lifestyle sectors is highly valued.
* A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media content and measurable results across different brand voices.
* Expert knowledge of all major social media platforms, with a proven track record of creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
* Strong creative and art direction skills.
* Ability to design, edit, or shoot content is a big plus.
* Proficiency with social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and brand voices simultaneously.
* Highly creative with a passion for pushing boundaries in content creation.
* High understanding of outdoor culture, language, and trends.
* A passion for sport (mountain sports is a major plus).
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
* A results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
