Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team as an assistant Gymnastics.
The ideal candidate will have a passion and enthusiasm for gymnastics, keen to assist children in learning and develop their gymnastics skills, in a nurturing, positive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist in teaching fundamental gymnastics skills, techniques, and routines in a safe and supportive manner.
* Providing constructive feedback to athletes to enhance their performance and confidence.
* Lead small groups of children within the sessions to help develop their skills.
* Communicate effectively, supportively and positively with students, parents, and other coaching staff.
Full training will be given.
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS Check (linked to the update service)
* 18yrs +
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* An understanding of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and training methodologies (Preferred)
* First Aid certification is desirable but not essential; training can be provided.
Hours Available
* Tuesday's 16:30-18:30
* Wednesday's 16:30-18:30
* Thursday's 16:00-18:00
Please note this is a self-employed position, during term-time only.
