2026 Pensions Consulting Summer Internship Programme, Croydon
Length of programme: 9 weeks starting Monday 29 June 2026 - Friday 21 August 2026 (this is a fixed programme date)

Entry requirements:
* To apply for this role, you need to be in your penultimate year of full-time university.
* Our internship programmes are a pathway to our graduate programmes. Therefore you will need to be graduating and available to start full time in September 2027.
* We are open to applications from those studying any subject. As this is a pathway to the graduate programme where you will be expected to study towards the PMI qualifications.
* You will be required to demonstrate excellent written and numeracy skills and a keen interest in financial concepts at different stages of your application process.
* We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position and therefore you will need to be able to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Isio’s 9 week Pensions Consulting Summer internship programme offers the opportunity to get more insight and build valuable experience
What you will be doing
During your internship get the opportunity to develop analytical skills while observing how we effectively consult for our clients. You will get to be involved in work we do to for our clients including:
* Prepare materials for the Trustees including risk logs, training logs, scheme returns etc.
* Supporting in designing and implementing employee communications such as newsletters.
* Take an active interest in reviewing processes and implementing best practice across the client portfolio.
* Contributing to proposals for new business opportunities.
Isio’s aim is that we recognise Summer interns who really apply themselves to the opportunity. Strong performance in your internship will lead to you being offered a Graduate Analyst role in our Pensions Consulting team for when you complete university without the need for an application.
